This spot is ideal for tiny houses, RV trailers, smaller 5th-wheel trailers, and smaller schoolies.
We have had two different RV trailers in the past 4 years with great success.
The last person would pull their trailer out to go camping for the weekend.
Preference will be given to people who are chill, kind, and responsible -- no drama, please.
We will also favor aesthetically pleasing accommodations over anything too junky.
Rent is $750 a month including all utilities except internet (must provide your
own).
Credit Check, First, Last, and Security deposits are required before move-in.
3 month lease minimum.
