MacKay Sposito is seeking a full time Planning & Entitlement Project Manager to join the Vancouver Land Development team.
As a Planning & Entitlement Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for performing a range of professional planning and development work in such areas as land use, planning, and land development.
Duties will include managing a team of technical staff, overseeing the preparation and processing of entitlement applications, concept plans, and lot layouts, and client management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Navigate local permitting and entitlement requirements and processes.
Interpret zoning codes, ordinances, resolutions, and legal descriptions.
Plan, provide guidance, and manage a variety of land development projects.
Communicate with clients regarding current projects and identify and position the firm to successfully win future work.
Effectively supervise staff to prepare and deliver projects.
Prepare and manage project scope, budget, and schedule to meet deliverables.
Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within budgets and schedules.
Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.
Qualifications: 5+ years of planning and land development experience.
Able to work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment with engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, and other disciplines Excellent computer, writing, communication and customer service skills.
Strong project coordination skills.
Business development knowledge and the interest in helping to drive client relationships.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.
Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.
The wage range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and title placement.
Full time employees receive a well rounded benefit package including access to our company sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans.
100% company paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage.
Employees are eligible to participate in our company 401k plan with up to a 4% match Additionally, employees also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays.
MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual profit sharing bonuses.
Employment requires passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
