A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you maintain a high level of professionalism and patience as your work with coworkers and customers alike.
When we receive incoming calls, you answer them and handle service questions, scheduling, payments, billing issues, and general customer concerns.
As you speak with our clients, you identify and assess their needs to find the best solution, sharing information and recommending our products/services to meet their needs.
You build positive rapport and trust with our customers that keeps them coming back.
Based on the schedules of our team and the needs of our clients, you schedule appointments and dispatch technicians to each job.
You keep accurate and thorough records of each service and customer interaction.
If a customer has any complaints, you help resolve the issue.
Additionally, you complete a variety of other office duties, such as responding to emails, processing proposals, filing, and more.
You love ensuring that our customers are happy with the services they receive!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
2+ years of sales experience
2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in the home services industry
Experience in the construction industry
Experience with data entry, scheduling, and dispatching software
Computer and typing proficiency
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Someone that is used to hitting benchmarks and working off of bonuses is preferred, but not required.
