Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team.
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders - Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories on machines - Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions - Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and other parameters for optimal performance - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and optimize production processes - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role - Proficient in operating CNC machines and related tools/equipment - Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) - Experience with CAM programming software is preferred - Familiarity with power tools, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), lathes, and other machining equipment - Solid understanding of basic math principles and measurements - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus - Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical drawings and specifications - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills We offer competitive pay based on experience level.
