Experienced excavation pipe layer or Forman (Sherwood)

Small excavation company Looking for pipe layer and pipe Forman.
MUST BE EXPERIENCED AND COMFORTABLE RUNNING DEVELOPMENTS, I’m DIG OUTS, UNDERGROUND UTILITIES ON YOUR OWN.
Small company, 4 day work weeks (most the time) mon-thurs.
flexible schedule if needed, work life balance.
Looking for my right hand person.
Must be experienced operator with experience in machine and on ground.

Must have reliable transportation or be open to random drug tests for driving our company vehicles unless you want to drive your own or don’t have a CDL.
We do residential dig outs, residential developments, underground utilities, some apartments and multi family.
