CNC Laser Programmer

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team.
As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming our Amada fiber laser to produce precision parts.
This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our production.
This is not a train to hire position.
You must have specific Laser programming experience.
CNC mill programming is not adequate experience.
```Duties``` - Program CNC machines using Sigma Nest.
- Monitor required maintenance on laser and schedule as needed.
- Maintain sheet and rem inventory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production - Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes - Maintain a clean and organized work area ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in programming CNC machines, specifically Amada.
- Strong knowledge of Sigma software - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints - Experience with quality inspection techniques - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Knowledge of using micrometers and other precision measuring instruments - Familiarity with plasma cutting, laser cutting, and other machining techniques - High level attention to detail.
