How you conduct yourself in front of clients and your teammates is equally as important as any physical attribute you may have.
This is hard work, it's physically demanding, mentally challenging and it’s definitely not for everyone.
Here are some things that make it attractive for our long term teammates;
• Flexible Schedule.
Everyone starts part time, 15-25 hours a week but this has full time potential for those who want and can handle the work.
Busy Season Is Coming!
• Weekly Payroll.
We are generous at offering raises quickly to people who earn them! Your first review will happen in 2 weeks or less.
• Additional Bonus and Cash Incentives: Heavy Item Bonuses, Review Bonuses, Same-Day Coverage Bonuses, etc.
Most of our crew members earn $25-$35 per hour any given day.
You may have discussions with our employees privately to confirm this.
• Outstanding Cash Tips! $0-$100 per job or MORE! We’ve had crew members that have received $400, $500, entire home gyms, even quality working vehicles.
• Every job is different, every day is different! Many of us enjoy being mobile and not stuck in an office or warehouse.
No employee is required to take out of town jobs but many of our crew members enjoy out of town jobs! We will go anywhere a customer pays us to go.
Some days are short and easy while other days may require 8+ hours of hard work and solving puzzles/problems as a team.
Moving isn't rocket science but it does require excellent problem solving skills, good communication and teamwork to ensure safety.
You don't need to be overly big, tall and strong.
You must be an honest and hard working person who is customer service oriented.
We will teach you essential skills and tricks of the trade and you’ll get in the best shape of your life at the same time.
Some of our best crew leads are smaller size individuals.
You must be able to lift 75LBS over your head and 150+ LBS to your waist repetitively while maneuvering stairs.
We do not micromanage those who can earn our trust and respect.
Moving is stressful for our customers and some job-sites can have less desirable conditions, we ask that you be adaptable.
