Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our team.
As a Court Installer, you will be responsible for helping the team install indoor/outdoor, residential/commercial, athletic courts & systems .
This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and hard work.
Responsibilities:
- Install athletic surfacing, paint court lines, assemble & install nets, hoops, lights, etc.
- according to provided specifications
- Job includes heavy lifting, hauling, digging, as well as simpler tasks that require significant attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service if required to interact with clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Desire to work hard and learn quickly
- Some technical construction skills are a plus
- Ability to follow directions and work well on a team
- Humility to ask questions when needed
- Effective communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform this manual labor position
