In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, while supporting and managing the Human Resources Generalist.
Human Resource Manager Responsibilities: Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives Maintain HR systems and processes You will be successful in this role if you genuinely enjoy working with people and and have a strong understanding of all human resource functions.
Human Resource Manager Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Human Resource Manager Qualifications: 3 year of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing or production setting Knowledge in recruiting, compliance, benefits, employee engagement, and safety?
