Summary:
The Sheet Metal Foreman position performs a variety of skilled tasks in HVAC equipment, ductwork, and fabrication.
Work requires exercising technical independence in determining appropriate work methods and procedures.
Assignments are received thru electronic communication, orally, or through written instructions.
This position reports to the Labor Manager and is eligible for overtime.
What You Will Be Doing:
Forecasting labor, materials, and deliveries
Detailing and turnover to fabrication shop
Coordinating with GC and Labor to complete schedule
Take direction as needed from General Foreman and PM s to complete installations and projects
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction of completed job prior to leaving facility
Set example and enforce all safety rules
Maintaining a good driving record
Willingness to travel to jobs in greater northwest
Perform additional tasks needed due to support the business

Experience in the following markets is highly preferred: Health Care Services, Hospitality, High Rises, Property Management, Retail, TI, and Industrial
Proficient with email, MS Excel, SmartSheets, and general computer software.
Self-motivated, problem solver, ambitious and have a positive attitude
Knowledge of current local codes and OSHA regulations
Excellent customer relations and professional communication skills
Professional conduct and ready to represent company image and reputation with its customers
Good time management
Basic written communication skills

Education/Experience:
Proven successful HVAC Equipment and Sheet Metal Duct Installation
High school diploma/GED preferred
Must possess a valid driver license

Ability to drive an automobile and a valid driver s license
