What You'll Do:
Utilize troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
Collaborate with customers to provide service solutions, covering gas, electric, and steam equipment.
Work closely with the parts department to order and install necessary components.
Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call duties.

Two years of relevant experience, education, or military background preferred.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
Strong mechanical aptitude, including electronics, steam, gas, and refrigeration.
EPA certification for refrigeration technicians.
CFESA Certification is a plus.
Highly safety-conscious with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to climb stairs and ladders, perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds), and engage in frequent walking, standing, driving, sitting, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and turning.
