Production Manager Modular Construction Facility

Responsibilities: - Oversee plant operations and manage production processes - Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs - Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Manage the assembly process and ensure timely delivery of finished products - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain - Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure high performance and productivity Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or operations management - Proven experience in plant management or operations management - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing process improvements - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - 5-10 years of Construction background preferred We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
