We're a locally owned and operated homebuilder seeking a highly motivated Land Development Project Manager.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire development lifecycle of our new communities, from raw land to finished subdivisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of land development projects, including feasibility studies, permitting, and infrastructure construction.
Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and other consultants to ensure project plans meet all specifications.
Secure bids, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the development process.
Maintain strict adherence to all safety regulations and building codes.
Must be able to categorize all bills and provide accurate cost codes on all Bills Payable.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality construction and compliance with plans.
Effectively communicate project progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in land development or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
Strong understanding of site development, materials, and building codes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Valid driver's license.
