Especially need help leveling floor.
Using pad leveling, ripping 2x4 shims, etc.

adhesive then cover with tongue and
groove subfloor.
Must have a good sense of leveling,
a sharp eye, and a feel for non bouncy floors.
and general fix-up of home
Install jambs/doors
replace windows
Replace baseboards/trim
