Excellent communication skills (conversational English is required).
Extensive working knowledge of power tools, equipment, and various construction.
Extensive working knowledge of wood frame, metal stud, and pole barn construction techniques.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to changing project needs.
Strong personal and professional references.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter.
Hands-on experience working with various carpentry materials.
Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Ability to assemble floor, wall, and roof systems.
Ability to plumb and line walls.
Must be able to work with team members of varying experience levels.
Must have a current/valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs daily.
Must pass an employment drug screening test.
