We are also well versed in technical tree removals and regularly complete tree removals of all sizes.
Groundsman Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a driver’s license, an insurable driving record, reliable transportation, good communication skills, a willingness to work hard in a physically demanding environment, and a desire to learn quickly.
Ideal candidates will have professional experience in the Pacific Northwest.
Responsibilities include hauling and chipping debris, rigging, small-engine operation and maintenance (chainsaws, blowers, etc.
), and learning how to properly prune and remove trees of all sizes.
Climber Qualifications:
Qualified climber candidates will have at least 1 year of professional climbing and rigging experience; possess the skills and knowledge required for large removals, thinning and fine pruning; and have reliable transportation, good communication skills, and a willingness to work hard.
Preference will be given to ISA Certified Arborists with experience in the Pacific Northwest who are well versed in DdRT and SRT climbing techniques.
Responsibilities include climbing and ground duties and clear communication with our clients.
There is potential for advancement to crew leader, for which responsibilities would include managing a crew of arborists in safe and thorough job completion.
Compensation:
Pay is above market average and depends on experience and certifications.
Arborist hourly wage: $22-$45/hour
Groundsman hourly wage: $19-$34/hour
