com Job Description Scope: The Process Engineer is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of processes used to produce printed circuit boards.
This includes application engineering of processes developed by suppliers that are planned for use at TTM, installation of these processes and or equipment, establishment of operating conditions to produce TTM product, daily monitoring of process conditions, and performing failure mode effect analysis to determine failure points of the process Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include any of the following: Registration, Mechanical Drill, Laser Drill, or Fabrication Write all necessary procedures and instructions for process operation, maintenance and safety Monitor process operation on a daily basis to assure consistency Perform failure analysis and root cause analysis when product/process problems occur Maximize process efficiencies, capabilities, and throughput Drive defect reduction rates Evaluate and qualify new raw materials, processing tools, and vendors Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel.

Essential Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job Knowledge and application of statistical techniques for process control Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance Knowledge and application of failure mode effect analysis techniques as applied to both process development and process improvement Must be able to lift 25 pounds without straining Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related science Required Experience: 0-3 years relevant experience Must have a general knowledge of methods used to training people in the operation and theory of the processes they operate #LI-CG1 Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
