Applicant should be able to do several trades including drywall, paint, trim work, doors, minor framing and exterior work.
Full time Monday-Friday and with occasional Saturdays as needed.
This position may require occasional few overnight stays in hotels on projects out of the Portland metro area.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert
workmanship, and polite communication.
Inform the Project Manager of the progress of the project daily, including any
customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower
and materials on each project.
Monitor and report on the activities of the company’s independent subcontractors.
Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of
the subcontractors and job sites.
Perform carpentry work as needed light framing, misc.
finish carpentry
Job-site clean up
Communication with property owners
Interacting and scheduling of subcontractor
Drywall, paint, trim work and doors
Minor framing and exterior work
Miscellaneous punchlist items
Other tasks as assigned
