Job Description FACILITIES ENGINEERING MANAGER Schedule: Monday through Friday, Dayshift PURPOSE In this role, you will be the leader of the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Teams.
The teams focus on providing solutions for a variety of manufacturing and equipment challenges in the aerospace industry.
Solutions we provide include equipment-based project management, critical infrastructure improvements, and technical advice pertaining to industrial equipment.
Essential Job Functions: Advocate for 6S and plant safety objectives Manage a CAPEX budget of roughly $10M annually Assist Maintenance Manager in driving improvement in key maintenance metrics Assure equipment is operational and in safe working order Secondary Emergency Response Coordinator Oversee team management of capital projects including scope, timeline, and budget Oversight of vendors and contractors for quality and adherence to company policies Responsible for team adherence to company policies and procedures Single point of contact for down-time issue resolution Create project presentation content for executive management Work directly with multiple teams to successfully achieve varied goals Work closely with and favorably represent PCC with customers and suppliers Required Qualifications: Minimum B.

in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of related work experience Minimum 3 years of leadership experience Experience procuring or working with industrial equipment Experience managing project timelines and budgets Logical and analytic approach to problem solving Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of furnaces, pressure vessels, and other related foundry equipment Understanding of hydraulic systems Understanding of machine design concepts Understanding of Robotics and Control Systems PE License P.
