Need Property Clean up in between OC and Canby today/tomorrow (Canby/Oregon City)

Need one person to do a property clean up in between Oregon City and Canby including: Dump run Blowing Weed Whack Power washing General property clean up $26/hr plus gas Same in SE Portland today or tomorrow.
Have an armoire pick up in Lake O at 3.
Can be one person or two different people hired.
Two properties.
Lots of work! I’d like to install a garden at both properties.
Need some land cleared with heavy equipment also.
(Not an easy job—and it can be bid if you have equipment.
) I’ll be hiring for a job coming up starting next weekend which is a month or more of work for $26/hour labor and $32/hr for skilled labor.
Need property clean up.

Easy/fast remodel in NE.
No drugs/alcohol issues.
Can pay more for quality person with reliable truck.
