Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic

*Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic* *Job Duties and Responsibilities* As a Field Mechanic, you will assume increased responsibilities and demonstrate a higher level of technical proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks in the field.
Working independently or on a small team, you will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform repairs, and ensure the efficient operation of construction equipment.
*Duties:* * Independently diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues in construction equipment.
* Perform repairs, overhauls, and maintenance tasks on a variety of construction machinery and systems.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance.
* Conduct thorough equipment inspections and accurately document findings, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
* Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and clients to plan and coordinate equipment servicing activities.
* Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and equipment advancements to enhance your technical knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements at all times.
