*JOIN THE CREW! Full Sail Brewing Company is looking to hire full time Packaging Specialists to start immediately.

*As a Packaging Specialist you will learn to operate a variety of bottling, canning and kegging machines in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
You will also learn and support the team in maintaining Safety and Quality standards.
*
*Essential Functions*
* Work as part of a team and complete tasks as assigned on the production floor
* Operate machinery and equipment – Loading and unloads items from machines and conveyors
* Monitor and inspect products for quality and safety standards
* Transfer finished products or raw materials between storage and work areas by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks
* Communicate with supervisors and leads concerning safety, quality, and processing issues
* Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines as directed
* Provide cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas
* Responsible for the health and safety of self and co-workers
*Available Shifts*
Swing Shift: 4 x 10s - MON - THURS 4pm - 2:30am
*Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and operating machinery.

*Qualifications*
* Must be 18 years of age
* Must be flexible in scheduling and willing to work overtime and holidays as needed
* Ability to work successfully with a team
* Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English
* This is an active, fast paced, job requiring working on your feet most of the shift with occasional to frequent lifting of 20 to 35 pounds
* Must be able to stand for a long period of time, climb, reach, walk, lift, grasp, feel, bend and twist
* Must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately

Pay: Begins at $17.

and 1:00 a.

= hourly + 10%
* Between 1:00 a.

and 7:00 a.

= hourly + 15%
* All hours worked on Sat and Sun = hourly + 15%
