_Landscape Crew Member_
_Starting pay is $17 an hour with full benefits, $1 raise after 3 months if you graduate through our training program_

· A drivers license and can drive to and from our shop in Troutdale
*We Provide:*
· Starting wages of $17 per hour with quick ways to move up
· Opportunities to make $25 per hour with the correct skills and work ethic
· A great Monday thru Friday work schedule starting at 6:30 A.

· Health insurance including dental and vision
· 40 hours of paid vacation per year, Crew leads typically earn 65-80 hours of vacation
· Flexible scheduled time off with a 1-month notice

*The Work:*
We provide a full array of different landscape services including weekly maintenance (commercial/residential), one-time clean ups, pressure washing, ornamental tree trimming, gutter cleaning, sod installation, and many more.
Over the years you will be exposed to all different types of services and working with all our crew members.
We like to be a close-knit family that works well together so we can provide a great work experience for everyone.
