*We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Cabinet/Woodworking Finisher to join our team at Huggy Bear's Cabinets in Portland, OR.

* *Responsibilities:* * *Preparation and Finishing:* Clean and prepare wood surfaces, including taping and masking off areas for work on both painted grade and stain grade cabinets.
* *Application Techniques:* Expertly apply finishes to cabinetry using lacquer and water-based products; includes spraying, rolling, and custom stain mixing.
* *Equipment Handling:* Operate spray equipment and maintain the spray booth and other essential tools.
* *On-Site Work:* This role requires working both in our shop and on-site at clients’ homes post-installation.
*Requirements:* * *Experience:* At least 3 years in cabinet/woodworking finishing, with specific experience in painted and stain grade cabinets.
* *Skill Set:* Proficiency in various finishing techniques and tools, especially pertaining to different cabinet grades.
* *Work Ethic:* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
* *Communication:* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and interact with customers.
* *Character:* High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to quality * *English*: upper intermidiate level.
