*General Summary: *Performs light industrial manufacturing in a thermoplastic hose manufacturing plant.
This individual must be hardworking, energetic, with extremely strong ethics, and morals.
They must have the ability to accomplish all tasks with little supervision and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.

*Essential Functions: *
* Primary responsibility will be to be a machine operator in the extrusion department operating the Glue Line.
This requires the ability to operate a glue line using pullers and pick up reels.
This includes Operating a Heat treat line, changing out glue applicators and glue cans, and changing out large reels of product when filled.
* Have some Mechanical aptitude and can pay close attention to detail to ensure machines are running properly.
* Performs and records quality checks as required.
* Operates a forklift to obtain and/or store production related materials.
* Maintains a clean work area, works in a safe manner, and performs other tasks as directed by production management.
* Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, tape measure, and venire calipers.
* Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and all situations that could arise.
Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
*Experience:* High school diploma or general education (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

*Working Conditions:* Requires working in a warehouse environment with the possibility of periods with extreme temperatures.
