JAE Oregon, Inc.
is hiring for experienced equipment maintenance technician.
Experience with a variety of industrial production machines and mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
Multi-discipline experience is appreciated.
Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
JAE Oregon produces electrical connectors for the automotive industry.
We have the following production departments; Electroplating, Stamping, CNC Machining, Injection Molding, Automated/Manual Assembly.
Sets-up, maintains, troubleshoots, and adjusts a variety of processes.
Coordinates with and provides technical support to Production, Engineering, and Maintenance staff to implement approved tooling and process improvements/modifications.
Analyzes processes to improve productivity and quality.
Analyzes problem root causes and recommends corrective actions.
Supports the implementation of approved corrective action.
Assists in technical training of manufacturing staff and machine maintenance staff under the direction of the Equipment Maintenance Manager, Engineering staff, and Production Supervisors.
Supports the CMMS (Maintenance Connection) Corrective, Preventative, and Predictive maintenance program.

Assists lead in developing competency bench marks for fellow maintenance staff and production operators, develops, administers and completes on the job and specialized training as required
