The company is looking for a compassionate and competent Landscape Installation/Construction Manager to lead our construction department.
This manager will be responsible for project management and have annual sales goals.
The required hours will be 40 hours/week (flexible work schedule).
The total compensation will include base salary, commissions (no cap), and an annual bonus (no cap).
The target for annual compensation is over $100,000.
*Responsibilities:*
Professional leadership of multiple construction crews
Owns sales responsibilities for department
Responds to requests for quotes/bids and delivers pricing for projects
Perform some landscape design work that includes hardscapes, plantings, irrigation systems, renovations, and outdoor living spaces.
Lay out sold projects and assign to crews
Fill out relevant paper work
Other duties as assigned

*Requirements:*
4 years of landscape construction management experience
3 years of direct people management experience
3 years of sales quota responsibility (preferably at least $600,000 of annual sales)
Must have a valid driver's license for use of a company vehicle
*Desired:*
Oregon Landscape Construction Professional License
Strong aptitude for sales (not pushy, but able to convince clients of the value of the work)
Strong project management skills (detail-oriented, able to keep projects on schedule and on budget)
Strong people skills (demonstrates emotional intelligence and active listening skills)
Very professional attitude (demonstrates maturity and respect in interactions with employees and clients)
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Good eye for landscape design (able to see possibilities for a space and effective at communicating this to clients and workers)
Strong mathematical and spatial dimension skills (good with geometry and mathematical calculations for hardscape and landscape layout specifications)
Aptitude for reading and interpreting landscape design drawings/plans/layouts
Extensive experience with hardscape construction projects (layout, project management, use of equipment/tools)
Solid understanding of planting requirements (what plants will thrive/struggle in this area, effective transport, planting, and watering of plants/trees, what plant density works for an area)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
