Female roomate in exchange for light housekeeping (Sellwood)

If your okay with the idea of having a male for a roomate, I'm giving someone the option of having a place to layover/recoup if need be in exchange for light housecleaning.
I was thinking I'd give up to 3 days for them or I to decide if it works out going to a week/month & taking it from there.
I have a 4th floor studio apt with a deck & private bath.
The living room & bedroom can be separated with a divider (it's cozy).
I'm laidback & easygoing, like listening to music/YouTube, kind of a night owl & 420 friendly.
