I am a 44-year-old male in need of a room to rent.
My current landlord is selling the house I've been living in for the past 5 years, and I'm looking for a compassionate individual who can provide a caring home for me and my indoor/outdoor cat.
### About Me: - I receive disability pay for a spinal injury - I run a gardening company and also work part-time at Jimmy John's as a bike delivery person - I am drug-free and prefer a warm bath and zen-like activities over drugs - I eat healthy and try to live a healthy lifestyle - My cat is an emotional support animal and also helps control the mouse population - he needs access to a yard ### What I'm Looking For: - A room for rent in an LGBT-friendly environment, preferably for a fellow bisexual individual - A house with a nice garden space that would be suitable for my cat - A budget of around $600 per month I'm a handy individual and would be happy to help with any maintenance or gardening tasks around the house.
