Clean, quiet, respectful 42 year old male seeking room.
Hoping to find something with enough room for a small corner desk, twin bed, and possibly a reading chair.
Would really prefer to have my own bathroom as well.
A master bedroom or finished basement would be ideal.
Would like people who also keep their areas clean and organized.
Also, as my job is located in Beaverton, I’d like to stay within the Beaverton/Hillsboro neighborhoods.
Walking distance to a Max Train would also be helpful.
A little about me.
I’m 42 years old, gainfully employed, enjoy hiking and being outdoors.
I work full time outside of the home.
I keep my areas clean, get along with pretty much everyone, and live by a “if it’s not yours, don’t touch it” philosophy.
I don’t drink, smoke, or partake in cannabis.
I have no criminal record.
I tend to live a very quiet life and stay to myself, as I’m currently working to advance my career.
I work in the electrical engineering field as a calibrator at the moment.
Working towards becoming an applications engineer.
I’d require access to kitchen and laundry.
I’m looking in the $900-$1,100 range, open to more depending on what have you have available.
