Senior Seeks Room Rental (Lake Oswego, Oregon City, West Linn)

I am an active senior male with family and grandkids in the West Linn area.
I'm looking to rent a room and private bath in West Linn, Lake Oswego, or Oregon City, hopefully from other seniors or mature-minded folks who are not party people.
I will spend extra to for the right place.
I'm quiet, read and write during the day, and do online research in preparation for my second book.
I am respectful of others.
I'm semi-retired from the tech industry and also serve as a mentor to tech startup founders.
