My name is Jordan.
I’m a 32 year old male looking for a place right now.
At the moment, I do not have any money upfront to put towards any upfront move-in costs, and do not have a place to stay.
I’m looking for a space I can stay temporarily to build up some income (approx.
2 weeks max).
I work as a Graphic Designer, and I’m expecting to be getting several more clients in the very near future.
I was hoping to work out an arrangement where I can pay any upfront move-in costs over a period of two months, in weekly payments starting the day I move in.
I would make my first payment a week from my move-in date.
Like I mentioned, I work as a designer, and would have no issues paying these payments whatsoever.
I would also be happy to write a written agreement for this, and sign.
A little little bit about me: I am an Artist, Musician, Entrepreneur, I do not drink, smoke, or do any drugs of any kind.
I am a healthy eater, and am also very clean courteous, respectful, and responsible.
I’m very easy to be around, however, I tend to keep to myself, and do value my alone time.
