Hi.
I'm looking for a new home on a quiet street, 2 bedrooms, private bathroom with tub, off-street parking, and sunny yard.
Need it to be *un*furnished, with good windows/screens, with good insulation and some dry storage.
Me: Peaceful, non-smoking, clean/neat, 50's, pet-less, kid-less, creative, artistic, female professional.
Have lived in Portland since 1995.
I take great care of the places I live and prefer a relaxing quiet sanctuary from the outside world.
Long-term (multi-year) rentals only.
No basements.
No mold.
Willing to consider all areas within easy driving distance of downtown.
Great references.
Looking to move when I find the right place.
