Help Needed/Short Term (Happy Valley/Portland)

Help Needed: Lady I am currently renting from is getting evicted and she didn't bother to tell me.
I need to vacate immediately by Feb 29th.
So I need to rent a room ASAP for at least 30 days or more if it's a good situation.
Me I am a non smoker non drug user and don't have a criminal record.
I pay my rent on time without issues.
I haven't missed a rent payment in 20 years.
