my name is Colin, I am a 20 year old student at the local Clackamas Community College.
I have been living with my family for the past 9ish months, and working in the city for the same amount.
i love to play music, i love to listen to music, and i love to talk about music.
i love to cook and play video games as well.
im learning how to have alone time and find comfort in being at home, doing my own thing, so im not intending on staying out late every night.
i would love to have my friends over every once in a while and maybe cook for them, but this is not a deal breaker if you wouldnt want that.
i am looking to move out and "leave the nest" and im in search of a room.
most of the rooms i've been looking at have been scams or have fallen through.
i have a good credit score (i know this due to the amount of people asking for application fees and maybe suspicious websites), i have a job and intend to keep it, and i have no pets.
the other edge to this sword is i have no rental history or a background check on anything due to living with my family, and not moving out.
i would like to pay around $650-$700 including utilities, but i understand beggars cannot be choosers.
