Room for rent (Beavercreek)

Putting this out one more time to hopefully find a roommate.
Me and my roommates are looking for a third person for our 3 bed 3 1/2 bath townhome in Beavercreek/Oregon City area.
We have an extra room and bathroom that is detached to the main house on the other side of the garage.
It includes its own private entrance and full bathroom.
Living room/Dining room and kitchen and laundry would all be shared.
A bit about us: 21 and a couple that are in their thirty’s I’m a CNA and one of my roommates is away at work most of the day while the other works from home.
I have a horse that 10 minutes away from the house and i will be with her a lot I have a rabbit who will be around sometimes she will mostly be in the living room in her cage, I have a 12 week old black lab as well who is the king of the house and we are going to get a pair of kittens We drink on days off and would like to have parties at the house My S/O will be around Other than that we are pretty chill and easy to get along with Also to be said I have medical training and passed experiences in the medical field so if you need someone in an emergency I am good to have.
You most be wanting to be on the lease at the time of move in.
Other pets welcome as long as they get along with mine.
Price is 1300 plus a 500 deposit this will be due at time of move in.
Electric is usually around 50-100 a month and WiFi is 20.
Rent is due on the 26 of every month.
The place would be perfect for a couple or a mom with kids or just someone who wants their own space.
Other pets are totally allowed.
