Looking for a Private Room with Private Bath (Eastside Neighborhood or SW Waterfront)

I am currently looking into sharing an apartment or house with roommates on the east side or SW waterfront area in Portland.
Below is a list I have made of what I am looking for.

I have experience living with roommates.
I do not have pets.
I am considering getting a dog in the future but not at the moment.
- closer to the east side of Portland - month to month (looking to stary longer but want to make sure it is a good fit) - unfurnished - room large enough for my desk since I work remote - female roommates (I am a female) - no cats in home (I am allergic) - semi-quiet during the day since I work remote - budget range for a room rental: 600-900 depending on if utilities are included in price - reliable internet connection, I work remote from home - safe and walkable community - clean well-kept kitchen with newer appliances - ground level or up floors, no basement rooms - parking space, neighborhood parking is okay Thank you for your time!
