62 Retired Man Looking For Room/Roommate (Portland)

I am a retired 62 year nice young man looking for a private room, roommate situation.
I started collecting social security and work part-time to augment this.
I am looking to move by February 1 and my budget is around $650 per month.
I am quiet, read a lot.
I do not smoke anything and I am very respectful.
I have no pets, the place would be just for me.
I do not party.
I am looking for a place semi furnished room as I have bedding for a queen size bed.
I have a few small pieces of furniture but no dresser.
A private bath would be nice but not essential.
Laundry facilities are important.
