Seeking place to cook/sleep/shower (Portland)

Hello! I am a 32 year old who works full-time downtown.
I don’t spend much time at home, most of my time is spent either at my full time job doing work in a studio I rent which I cannot afford to give up.
I am looking for a simple situation (I am perfectly okay with a couch, or small space to setup a sleeping bag) with a kitchen where I am able to cook and maybe keep a few things in a refrigerator.
If a shower isn’t available that’s fine since I have a gym membership with one, but it would help me in times where I wouldn’t need to run over there.
I would not be there other than sleeping and cooking.
The most I could afford right now for this would be $250 a month.
