I've spent the last year traveling around the Pacific Northwest pet-sitting and exploring the area.
It's been awesome.
Beginning in Feb or Mar, when my current house-sit ends, I'm ready to find a place to settle for a while, with good, communicative people, in a sweet neighborhood.
Or if there's a solo place within my price range that could work, too.
My home is my sanctuary and I take great care of any space I live in.
Right now I'm house-sitting in the Hawthorne district and love the walkability and aliveness of the neighborhood.
A mature woman, happy to have reached this stage of my life, without having lost my impish quality, I would like to find a new home that offers quiet, a bathroom with a bathtub (private if available!) and folks who enjoy both one another and time alone.
Living somewhere where there is no tv in the communal space is important to me - a gas stove would be awesome (not a deal-breaker) and outside space to hang out in is a total plus.
I'm a creative type; chef, writer, storyteller, and trauma-informed life coach.
I don't have any pets.
I don't drink or smoke, I'm 420 friendly but currently don't partake myself.
Not a fan of cigarette smoke near the house.
My budget is $750 - $1000 per month all-inclusive.
I'd like a month-to-month agreement with 30 days notice for either party but for right right place may consider agreeing to a longer arrangement.
I'm happy to answer any questions you may have and to be clear I'm not interested in tawdry arrangements and will not respond to those type of requests.
