Looking for a really, really cheap room to move into for 2 months. (Any decent neighborhood, the quieter the better)

Here's what I want: A 100+ sq.
ft.
room, with a decent bed.
I want an indoor room or garage to work out in (stretching, lifting, exercise).
I work flexible hours, and I want to work literally just when I feel like it.
I want to drink tea, Exercise for my daily routine, read some books, and stay warm for snow season.
That's about all.
Employed.
