Clean, responsible person looking for a room/apartment (Portland)

Hi I'm Peter M/36 and I'm looking for place somewhere around downtown, Pearl/NW, or Inner-Eastside.
I work in behavioral health and stay pretty busy with my hobbies as well.
I'm clean, responsible, social, and get along with mostly anyone.
At home I'm respectful of others and stay mostly quiet aside from playing guitar (at a reasonable volume) during normal times throughout the day.
In my free time I'm pretty active and spend a lot of my time salsa dancing, volunteering, or playing a variety of sports.
