Hello, I'm Alex, a 33-year-old custodian at Portland Public Schools.
Currently on the lookout for a basement or a chill room to call home with my loyal companion, a friendly 10-year-old flat coat retriever mix.
In addition to my role as a custodian, I'm a music enthusiast, bringing along amps, guitars, and a drum kit.
With that in mind it would be a major plus if I was able to use a basement or garage space for these things.
