Single mom seeking roomate(s) (Portland)

Hello! I’m Mads.
I’m a queer single parent of 3 amazing kiddos, who I have 3 nights/4 days per week Tues-Friday.
The older two are in school during the day during the year.
I work weekends and am usually gone.
We also have 2 indoor outdoor cats who are awesome.
We are a creative family who loves doing art, reading, and baking! We are hoping to move to Portland in June or July, and in order for this to be feasible for us, we are looking for another family to home share with or roommates.
We share a room so we only need one bedroom, but would want shared living spaces.
We are looking for queer and/or female roommates.
Our budget is $1000-1100 per month.
My credit isn’t very good thanks to divorce etc.
, but I have an excellent rental history and stable job.
I have friends and partners I’d like to be welcome occasionally.
In an ideal situation I’d love to find another single parent and we could share some of the responsibilities & sort of co-parent, which is why I’m posting this so many months before moving - I’d want to get to know whoever we are going to live with fairly well! I live about 40 mins out of town currently.
