I am on disabiliy, Im a guy in my 30s i get 3600/month so money is not an issue i can pay however much you need or wanr I am looking for a place to live I can offer alot, and I am helpful around the place with chores and whatever I am friendly, and sociable, and looking for probably around the same type of person, like to collaborate, talk, etc.
I don't need any disability accomodations or concerns, you could not tell i am disabled by looking at me, but it is a physical problem with my ankle, put simply.
But I am fine.
I like tv and movies, gaming sometimes, biking, among other things.
I don't have pets or many things I'd be bringing, definitely no furniture of any kind so furnished would be nice or partially furnished, but ok with non furnished too.
Open to work share scenarios as well, I am skilled in lawn care/groundskeeping, some basic home remodel tasks, errand running, dog walking, driving, etc.
alot of general labor stuff I've done before.
