Seeking RV Space to Live in (Portland/Sellwood/Oak Grove/Oregon /Etc.) (Portland/Sellwood/Oak Grove/Oregon City/Etc.)

Hi All, I'm looking for somewhere to park my RV/Trailer (ideally not right next to other RVs).
I am an employed woman, with a 15 yr old cat looking for somewhere peaceful and beautiful to park my RV and to live in ongoing.
-RV is 21', 2008 trailer and is well maintained inside and out.
-I have one cat who is old ish at 15 years old.
He is cat box trained and is an indoor/outdoor cat.
-Hoping for full hookups (water, sewer, and electricity), or similar situation like an outhouse or bathroom to use if no sewer.
-Laundry shared or coin, etc.
-Internet or ability to get internet.
-My budget is $700 or less a month, please respond if you have anything available.
I'm looking to move in the next few weeks or sooner.
-FYI: Picture is not of my trailer, however energy matches mine and how I take care of it.
