Subleasing our Commercial kitchen space (Portland)

Hello fellow entrepreneurs, small business owners, We have extra space in our current commercial kitchen (located in the NE Portland), and are looking for the perfect tenant to fill in the gap.
The kitchen is fully equipped (ovens, prep tables, cooling racks, etc).
What we DO NOT offer is storage space.
