*OVERVIEW:*
Our growing property management company is looking for a Maintenance Professional.
We have several large and small properties we manage around Vancouver and Portland.
We provide interior maintenance and landscaping services to our clients.
*POSITION SUMMARY* :
Maintenance/Laborer is responsible for maintaining the general upkeep of managed properties and curb appeal per company standards.
Ensure the properties are clean and free of trash, all common areas are well maintained.
Provide professional customer service at all times.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Clean and maintain all common areas and vacant lots (mow, edge, etc.
)
Clean and maintain street surfaces
Dig Ditches, shovel debris, use chain saws, build fence
Paint interior of buildings as necessary
Maintain storage areas as needed
Perform any other specific tasks as directed by management
Management will provide training if necessary
*REQUIREMENTS:*
Inside and outside work in all types of weather
Medium to heavy work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, digging/shoveling and crouching
Use hand tools as necessary
Kneel for the purpose of picking up trash and general clean-up of property
Lift and work with heavy equipment, (push lawn mower, back pack blower, string-line trimmer, etc.
).
Operate machinery safely (i.
e.
lawn mower, string trimmers, edger, small chain saw, blower etc.
)
Use of company vehicle and tools for property maintenance tasks
Backhoe, excavator operation experience is a plus
General basic plumbing / electrical skills is a plus
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize workload
Able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 60 lbs.
Able to work with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
