Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Realty Technician and support the Realty Property Operations organization in for a regional electric utility.
This individual will be responsible for supporting the management of Real Property records related to acquisition and property managemen.
This position will also lead the Real Property's Historical Records scanning project, a multi-year effort focused on the reliable and comprehensive initiative to scan historical Real Property records into the system.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment.
This position is based in Portland, Oregon and is hybrid with work performed onsite one - five days weekly based on workload.
The beginning hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications: Associate's degree is preferred.
This is a Level 4 position: 7 years of direct work experience in a land management capacity is required.
Course work or experience related to Real Estate principles, practices, and comprehension of the technicalities of government real property procedures, rules and regulations is required.
Professional knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques, and underlying concepts of Real Property Services and experience coordinating projects that include support services is required.
7 years of experience using scanners and electronic records systems.
7 years of experience managing Land Acquisition and Land Management Real Property records, realty documents (legal, title, appraisal, etc.
).
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
