We are looking for someone to join our team that has a friendly personality, open to learning new skills and assisting others.
This position is great for someone who is looking to transition into an office environment or create a new career path for themselves or learn more about the field of property management.
This position involves various responsibilities (a few are listed below).
This position involves assisting the property management team at Krishna Realty trying out new things & learning and refining your skill set! The ideal candidate will have a desire for growth, a willingness to learn, a drive for success, and a passion for the housing industry and helping others! *Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To* * Work order coordination between tenants, owners, and vendors * Using tools to document properties for example phones, laptops, moisture gun readers, temperature gun readers, etc.
* Property Inspections (semi-annuals, routine property inspections, audits, pre-move-out, move-in inspections, rent-ready walkthroughs, etc.
) * Help maintain the accuracy of property notes/documents * Preparing correspondence * Filling in rental references * Processing move-out notices * Managing and setting appointments * Daily prioritizing mail and emails * Going to multiple locations (homes) in a day * Attending property appointments (including but not limited to Move in appointments, vendor repair appointments, etc.
) * Key inventory audits * Assisting in property errands (i.
e.
making keys, going to the post office, mail runs, signing, lockbox installs, etc.
) * Scanning/uploading and organizing documents (electronic and hard copy files) * Corresponding with staff and clients * Assisting with lease renewals * Assisting with rental listing activities such as: ordering photos, checking on repair status, sending market analysis to owners, etc.
) * Assisting the senior property manager with any additional property management tasks that need to be completed *This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:* * Thrives in high-pressure environments * Is a pro-multi-tasker! * Can easily organize and prioritize tasks * Open to learning and adapting to new situations * Excited to collaborate/communicate with peers and clients * Able to work independently and collaborate with the team.

*Technical Skills & Qualifications:* * Ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor at all times * Ability to learn & adapt to new processes while using your knowledge of tenant-landlord laws as a licensee.
* Strong communication skills both written and typing.
* Detail oriented with a very high level of accuracy.
* Professional and reliable * Be a self-starter and have a go-getter attitude * Able to handle sensitive/confidential information * Ability to work in a fast pace culture * Receptive to feedback * Proficient with computer software programs i.
e.
learning new programs/software as well as being proficient with Gmail/G-docs/G-sheets, Smart Phones, etc.
* A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required for this position * Ability to perform physical aspects of the job i.
e.
lift up to 40 pounds, climb a ladder, etc.
* One year of administrative or customer service experience preferred * One year of using a property management license is required for this position * High School Diploma or GED Required for this position The position requires you to be living in the Portland metro area.
This is *NOT *a remote work position.
A vehicle, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required for this position.
Competitive pay includes a base hourly pay for this position and is a full time position.
